In order to facilitate the task of buying or selling home, the government has introduced Home Information Pack that provides crucial information about home selling procedure. This helps both the buyer and the seller to smoother the entire transaction process. In a nutshell, a home information pack is a set of important dossiers that provides vital information on a particular property.


Compulsory documents of a Home Information Pack are:

• An EPC i.e. Energy Performance Certificate.


• A summarized version of sales statement.


• Extra information on commonhold and leasehold sales.


• Evidence of the title.


• Standard Searches.
